It took me a while to figure this out. It heats really well for its size, but has to be reset every time: ie. 1. turn it on, 2. find the manual button, then scroll to the option that is NOT hi or lo, THEN decide on a temperature.. THEN decide if you want it to rotate, and for how long (in increments of an hour). I've gotten faster at setting it, but itstill takes more time than just turning it on and dialing a setting.

This is a great little space heater. The controls are easy to use, and it has a little switch on the bottom so if it tips over it turns off immediately. That's a really great safety feature that I appreciate. The only complaint I have is the remote. It worked great the first time I tried to use it, but then just a few days later it wasn't really working well and now the battery is dead. Basically I got one use out of the remote before the battery died, so that's pretty useless to me. Luckily the settings on the heater allow me to set it up for a specific temperature and stay hands off. So, that takes care of the issue with the remote. It does work really well in smaller spaces, and definitely is one that I would take to the office to keep my feet warm under my desk.
I like the oscillation feature, so the heat isn't concentrated in one specific area.

I know I just received the heater today, but I'm already impressed. And, that's not an easy feat. I purchased this heater for my office space, but I'll be ordering another one for the man-person since it's also a fan (and he likes one in every room). It's quiet and I am excited about the voice control feature. The three year warranty is an extra added bonus.
